Governing Entity: KoinFlow Technologies Ltd. ("KoinFlow," "we," "us," "our")

1. Acceptance of Terms​

By using KoinFlow services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If using on behalf of a company, you represent having authority to bind that entity.

2. Eligibility and Registration​

  • Age Requirement: Must be 18+ years old
  • Business Users: Entity must be duly registered and in good standing
  • Prohibited Jurisdictions: Cannot use Services if located in embargoed jurisdictions or where use would be illegal

3. Description of Services​

KoinFlow provides:

  • Digital Asset Wallets (USDT, USDC, among others)
  • Payment & Remittance Solutions
  • Treasury Management APIs
  • Fiat Integration

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Services.

4. User Responsibilities​

  • Provide accurate information for KYC/AML
  • Maintain account security and credentials
  • Prohibited uses include fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, and illegal activities

5. Fees and Payment​

Fees disclosed prior to transaction confirmation. Non-refundable unless required by law. We may adjust fees with notice.

6. Acknowledgement of Risk​

You acknowledge inherent risks including:

  • Regulatory landscape changes
  • Digital asset market volatility
  • Irreversible blockchain transactions
  • Third-party service dependencies

7. Compliance and Data Privacy​

We operate in compliance with Kenyan AML laws and Central Bank regulations. You consent to transaction monitoring and data processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property​

KoinFlow IP (software, APIs, trademarks) remains our exclusive property. You receive limited license to use Services as permitted.

9. Suspension and Termination​

We may suspend or terminate access for:

  • Terms violation
  • Legal/regulatory requirements
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Security protection needs

10. Limitation of Liability; No Warranty​

  • No Warranty: Services provided "as is" without warranties
  • Liability Limit: Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution​

Governed by laws of Kenya. Kenyan courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
